How to Order
Ordering on backtobasicstoys.com
is fast, easy, and secure. But if you’d prefer to place
your order by phone or fax, please visit Customer Service for the appropriate numbers.
If you have a catalog and know the product(s) you want to order, use Catalog Quick Order
for fast and easy ordering. Otherwise, please follow the steps below.
- 1. Browse products
- Shop by category. Links to each category appear at
the top of each page.
- Search for products by
item number (from the catalog) or keyword(s).
- Or use our Express Gift Finder to search our products by category, age and price.
- 2. Select Products: Add to Cart
When you see products you’d like to purchase, click on the Add to Cart button and they will automatically be added to your personal shopping cart. You can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking on Shopping Cart in the upper right-hand corner of every Back To Basics Toys web page.
On your shopping cart page, you can:
- Increase the quanitities of
items ordered
- Delete items from your cart
- Proceed to checkout, or
- Continue shopping
The items you add to your cart will remain there until you purchase them, delete them, or end your shopping session. If you want to save the items in your cart for future session, you must register with backtobasicstoys.com.
- 3. Proceed to Checkout
When you’re done shopping, click on the Proceed to Checkout button from the Shopping Cart page, or Checkout from the top of the page.
The checkout process is quick and easy. You’ll be asked for:
- Your e-mail address. Registered customers can enter their password for express checkout.
- Shipping information.
- Billing information.
Please note: Your email address will be used to provide you with order and shipping confirmation emails only, unless you select to be added to our customer mailing list.
- 4. Review and Submit Your Order
You will have the opportunity to review and make changes to your order before submitting.
- Verify shipping and billing
information.
- Review all of the products
listed.
- Review the total dollar amount.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all shipments delivered in Colorado, Illinois and Virginia.

Once you’ve verified that the order information is correct, click the Submit Order button. You will then see an order confirmation page, which we recommend you print out for your records. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail.

Search by Keyword
Type in as many words as you’d like to describe the type of product(s) you are looking for.
Search by Item Number
If you know a product’s catalog item number, you can type that into the search field.
Or use our Express Gift Finder to search our products by category, age and
price.

2. Make sure javascript is turned on.
