Hello: Today, I had such a positive experience with your customer service department, that I feel compelled to write! We ordered a toy for our three year old and, shortly after its arrival, the toy broke. My son LOVED the toy and was very upset. I called your customer service department and Christie was so kind and professional! The toy was replaced with no additional charge. It's rare to find a company that stands by its products and so willingly and pleasantly corrects for any problems. I thank you -- and so does my son!

I purchased the table top shuffleboard game at Christmas to give to my in-laws and I wanted to tell you how much our family loves it. Every family function since Christmas we have been playing it a lot. Everyone asks where we got it from and I recommend your company. When ordering I had a very nice sales person that I dealt with. I was surprised to get this email and want to tell you my experience with your company. I ordered a wagon for our grandson and it came with a damaged piece. That was the Tuesday before Christmas, I think. I called to let you know that we needed a new wagon by that Friday, as we were going to celebrate early Christmas at our house on Saturday. I think I called about 10 pm on Tuesday night. My husband laughed at me as I dialed, laughed for even thinking there would be someone on the phones at that time of night. Of course, there was. As I recall, I do not think I even had to wait very long for help. I explained the situation to the woman I spoke to, explaining that we needed the wagon by Friday. No matter what I said, her response was, Yes, I'm sure we can do that. She was very, very positive. I asked to have the new wagon on Friday, but it actually arrived on THURSDAY! In addition, I did not even think to ask for return postage on the damaged wagon, but she volunteered it to me. I have to say that I would order from you again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service that I have received from your company. For Christmas, we had bought my son the Face-Off Air Hockey item. I had ordered and received the item in October, but did not open up the box until Christmas Eve. My husband and I were very upset when we saw that the game was broken, since this was going to be the BIG gift from "Santa". We called you after the holiday and you quickly sent us a new game with no expectation of us having to send back the broken one. We received the game today and my son was so thrilled that "Santa" did not forget about him and sent him a new game!! You made his day!!
