As another reviewer mentioned, I wish the stakes were larger & more stable. If hit with one of the horseshoes, they tumble right over. Otherwise, it's a cute set. Great for inside entertainment when the weather won't allow for outside play.

Now that the weather is turning cold and we are playing inside, I was looking for a safe, but still physical, game for our small Grandchildren.These horseshoes were perfect! Challenging---but fun.

This horsehoe set is great for small children - the horse shoes a a little smaller than normal, enabling the child to easily grasp it - yet it is not so small that a parent cannot enjoy the game with his child, too! My Dad bought me an almost identical set when I was my chiid's age (I think the packaging is almost identical to the set he bought me!), so this product brings back many good memories of fun childhood times .
