We want you to be 100% satisfied! Return any non-personalized item within 60 days of purchase and we will refund your merchandise price, credit your charge card, replace the item or credit your account towards a more suitable item – as you desire.
Shipping Information
- We are unable to ship orders to P.O boxes.
- Standard Ground deliveries are made Tuesday-Saturday, and Expedited Air deliveries are made Monday-Friday, not including holidays.
- Some of our items are shipped directly by the manufacturer, and may require additional time for delivery. This information is noted in the product description in red.
- A few of our items are so large that they can only be delivered by truck — expedited air service is not an option. This information is noted in the product listing in red.
How much will shipping cost?
Costs for standard ground shipping is shown in the table below. If you choose faster, air delivery, the charges – based on weight and distance – will be computed for you during the checkout process.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You can now place one order with items being sent to multiple addresses. In your Shopping Cart, when you are ready to check out, simply select Ship to Multiple Addresses before you click Proceed to Checkout and you’ll be prompted to add or select the addresses you wish to ship to.
When you register with backtobasicstoys.com your addresses are saved in your own personal address book to expedite future orders.
International - Including U.S. Territories, Canada, and Mexico
- At this time, orders being shipped internationally must be placed over the phone.
- Please call us at 800-356-5360 (or 573-632-1822 for international customers) for rates and information.
- Charges are based upon the weight and size of each package.
- Customs duty and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
APO/FPO Addresses
- Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses but may require longer delivery times.
- We're sorry, but expedited shipping is not available for APO/FPO addresses.

Sales tax will be charged to U.S. residents in the following states:
- Virginia 5.0%
- Missouri 4.225% - 9.6%
Items shipped Separately
Occasionally items are shipped separately—you will not be charged for multiple shipments.
