The dollhouse and the included 14 pieces of traditional furniture are all impeccably crafted in solid wood and sized for 12" dolls. Over 4 feet tall, this impressive structure makes the perfect home for our trio of Princess Dolls (see Item #8507), sold separately.

          I hardly ever take the time to write reviews, but straight out of the box my husband and I were impressed. The quality of the furniture is great. I can't believe I even considered the name brand version 3-story house. I am glad I shopped around. My daughter is 7 and is going to love this for Christmas. I put it together by myself and it took me about two hours, though I wasn't in any hurry. Every hole, every screw etc. fit perfectly.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            This dollhouse is absolutely beautiful...it is very big, much bigger than i had thought it would be...well made, furniture is gorgeous and well put together...perfect for barbie dolls...bought this for my 9 yr old and 4 yr old daughters for christmas..they are going to be super excited...this dollhouse is well worth the money paid...so glad i bought this one instead of a cheaper made one...love it!!!

                Great for my 2 yr old and 5 yr old, it will last a long time, good for barbie doll size dolls and the furniture is big and easy to move around. It was fairly easy to put together although my husband did put the top floor on upside down, easily fixed!! I am very pleased with the Savannah Dollhouse

                          My four year old absolutely loves this dollhouse. It's adorable, just like the picture. Very big, she still can't reach the top floor to use. Great toy to grow into. We have had it for almost a year now and she still plays with it constantly. The quality of the furniture is exceptional, considered it is included. My only complaint is that the boards on each floor are flimsy. We've had to add additional screws to secure the boards.
