This was a gift for my 9 year old. She absolutely loves it. She was able to read the directions herself and set it up without any help from me. She enjoys keeping track of her money and playing with it on a daily basis. Quite fun.

Would anyone out there still have the instructions
on how to delete the code and enter a new one?
My grandson forgot his code number and cannot
get in the bank now.

Cute toy. It's lightweight, but I wouldn't call it "flimsy" (well, maybe the door at the bottom...). We mounted it on the wall, which probably increases its durability (I don't know how well it would hold up if dropped repeatedly). We love the bill feed and coin slot. It is a bit loud (in a video game sort of way). Also, the 6+ age rating is probably about right (although I'd guess that many 4+ kids could have a lot of fun with the machine). Kids have to be able to enter a 4-digit pin code (and press Enter) each time the card is inserted. They also have to be able to distinguish between "deposit" and "withdrawal" (or remember which buttons to push), and enter denominations for the bills (coins are automatically identified). I got this for my almost-three son (he loves the card, coin and bill slots), and I think that this will be a toy that he'll be able to enjoy (with increasing awareness of its functions) for some time. Thumbs up.
