[...]..By looking at the photo online, I have been trying to start putting pieces together, but some of the holes do not line up. For example, the well, which clearly should go on the floor that has two holes for dowels, will not fit in the holes provided because they are spaced too close together. Several other pieces which seem to be related are not fitting, either, but I'll reserve judgement until I get the instructions. I think it's safe to say this one will take longer than "10 minutes" to assemble, however, since it looks as though I'll need to use the drill in at least one place!I'd recommend to a friend with reservations because I love the toy, but am not sure about the service or the quality.

This is a beautifully made toy that both my three year old daughter and six year old son enjoy. They both play with it differently---my daughter with some dollhouse people and moving the furniture around, and my son with his cars. (he parks them all around and on the different levels) My son likes the little pulley to hoist things up with--it's a great toy that both boys and girls can enjoy!
