We got the train top on sale before Christmas (whoohoo!). It was purchased for our son- then 21 months in age. It was and has been a huge hit. I love the fact that there are not a lot train toy pieces all over the place, plus it is nice and compact with visually appealing detailed scenery and a neat train going around and around the track with realistic train sounds. 7 months later it still works great even with a 2 year old Godzilla at the helm, and we still have not had to replace the batteries!
